Sales Price Trends for Rocklin Zip Codes 95677 & 95765 – July through September. These are based on pricing of single family homes & condos; multi-unit and commercial properties are excluded from the report.
There were 76 single family homes and 3 condos which sold in September. Out of the 76 homes 40 were 4+ bedrooms, 32 were 3 bedroom and only 4 were 2 bedrooms. There was only a slight increase from the number of homes (11) which sold in September of 2013. In comparison to last month 2 bedroom home prices increased by 5.16%, 3 bedroom homes have increased by 3.42% and 4+ bedroom homes actually dropped by 6.14%. Rocklin continues to be a very desirable area to live for all ages.
