Here are the latest Granite Bay, CA housing statistics directly from the Placer County Association of Realtors. These are a lot more accurate than anything you can find on Trulia or Zillow or most other places. Take a look at the selling price trends, in this first graph, as well as what’s happening with the listing inventory in the graph below. For the none-visual people – raw numbers are provided below the charts, and of course I’m here if you have any questions.
The total number of sales for September 2014 was 33, almost doubling 2013’s 18 sales. Of the 33 homes that sold 23 were 4+ bedrooms, 9 were 3 bedroom and only 1 was a 2 bedroom home. As I’ve mentioned before Granite Bay is such a mixed bag between old & new, country properties & sub-divisions and remodeled homes vs not so much, that it’s really hard to establish average price trends.
Don’t take that as a negative, Granite Bay is an awesome area to live in!
Granite Bay Inventory Trends:
Number of available Granite Bay homes for sale:
July – 144
August – 150
September – 132
