Here are the latest Granite Bay, CA housing statistics directly from the Placer County Association of Realtors. These are a lot more accurate than anything you can find on Trulia or Zillow or most other places. Take a look at the selling price trends, in this first graph, as well as what’s happening with the listing inventory in the graph below. For the none-visual people – raw numbers are provided below the charts, and of course I’m here if you have any questions.
Sales Price Trends for Granite Bay – January through March. These are based on pricing of single family homes. Condominiums and commercial properties are excluded from this report.
The total number of single family homes that sold in the month of March was 15. Out of the 15 single family homes 6 were 3 bedroom and 9 were 4+ bedrooms. There were no 2 bedroom homes or condos that sold. Total sales numbers actually dropped by 4 from 2013’s 19 homes that sold in March of that year. Compared to the previous month 3-bedroom homes went up in price by 1.166% while 4+ bedroom homes actually dropped in price by 1.073%. Keep in mind that Granite Bay is such a mix between new and old, remodeled or not and when you take into consideration locations, it’s pretty hard to establish an average price trend in this community.
